For Sale: Luxury Net-Zero Designer Home Plan

Old Clayburn Design is pleased to announce their partnership with O’Brien Contracting to offer a luxury net-zero designer home plan that is available for purchase!

This timeless Modern Belgian Farmhouse features clean lines, balanced massing, sweeping roofs, raw stone, and timber accents. It is two storeys plus a basement, coming to 7,639 square feet (or 4,812 square feet without the optional basement). The home is designed with net-zero in mind. For improved insulation and air-tightness values, its construction consists of ICF foundations (Insulated Concrete Forms) and an ICE Panel superstructure (Insulated Composite Envelope).

O’Brien Contracting is a BC-based, net-zero custom home builder and renovator. Their work includes Hacienda Pasiva, a net-zero custom home that is currently under construction in Chilliwack, BC.

Please visit O’Brien Contracting’s website for more details or to purchase the Modern Belgian Farmhouse designer home plan.
