We use BIM software to create an intelligent 3D model of your home. BIM ensures an accurate representation of the proposed building and site topography that can be used to collaborate with the entire design and construction team.

The BIM process is faster and reduces errors compared with traditional 2D drafting methods.

We can take you on a photo-realistic virtual walk-through of your new home, before it is built!

The walk-through clearly illustrates how your home will look, feel, and function. Changes can be made on the fly to ensure you’re fully happy with the design.

We offer in-house rendering services to help you visualize your new home as it evolves from project start through to final design.

Our renderings are done in-house so you can view design changes as they occur. This also means we have freedom to explore limitless colour and material options.
