"Straight A’s” Wins Award

We designed an award-winning home!!!

On April 26, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association Fraser Valley released the winners of their 2025 Housing Awards of Excellence. “Straight A’s” was named the Best Custom Home valued under $1,000,000!

Projects were judged on various criteria, including: exterior character, curb appeal, integration into their setting, floor plan functionality, creative use of interior space, energy efficiency, comfort, and construction details.

Additionally, three finalists in this category were custom homes designed by our studio!

“Straight A’s” was built by Lacey Construction. Old Clayburn Design contributed by providing building design and drafting services.
